CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: TORA TORI ARTOCULT PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

 

A. Cancellations are applicable to all type of Reservation/Booking/Blocking of Art Specific Items/ Services.

B. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order within 1 Day or 24 Hours. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if it is after 1 day/24 Hours from Reservation/Booking/Blocking of specific order.

REFUND POLICY: As Arto Cult App platform provides Reservation/Booking/Blocking of Art Specific Items, Refunds are applicable & restricted only to Reservation/Booking/Blocking of Art Specific Items. Reservation/Booking/Blocking of Art Specific Item/Service Refund amount will be credited with in 5 to 8 days.
